Yes. I find that in-person sessions work best to fully evaluate your needs and guide you through yogic practices. I do understand that sometimes in person is not the best option and am available to work with you virtually.

Do you offer virtual classes?

Please wear comfortable, but form-fitting clothes if possible. It helps to see your posture and body movement more accurately. Bring a yoga mat if you have one (otherwise, one will be provided), water, and an open mind.
