This is a great mindfulness practice if you are experiencing racing thoughts, feeling anxious, or just want to chill out for a bit.  I did record this on a beach, so there is some background noise.  Please find a cozy place to sit or lie down, watch the beautiful sunrise, listen to my voice, and the gentle crashing of the waves on the shore. It is a short meditation under 10 minutes.
