Yoga Nidra is a state of conscious sleep and a combination of body sensing, breath awareness, guided imagery, and awareness cultivation of opposites. The visualization in this meditation is designed to bring you to a greater state of relaxation and help with pain relief whether chronic or acute. Nidra’s are done lying down, so make yourself cozy and comfortable with any props, pillows, or blankets, listen to my voice and drop into a state of soft mindfulness. It is a short meditation under 10 minutes.
