Metta, or Lovingkindness Meditation was first given by Buddha to his followers to protect them as they ventured out alone or were in danger. Today it is used by people around the world to calm stress and anxiety and create an overall feeling of love and peace to all beings in the world. Please find a cozy place to sit or lie down, listen to my voice and send love to yourself and every other being in the universe. This is a short meditation under 10 minutes.
