Alternate nostril breath uses the fingers to shut off airflow to one nostril at a time.  While it does take a little coordination, it is easy to get into a comfortable rhythm with your breath.  Nadi Shodhana means “clearing the channels of circulation”.

Use this pranayama if you are feeling anxious, experiencing racing thoughts, or having trouble falling asleep.
