Ujjayi breath is the method most often used while practicing yoga asana to help coordinate the breath with the movement. Also known as victorious breath or even “Darth Vader” breath, you can use this practice to focus during your yoga practice. 

Use this pranayama to help increase the amount of oxygen in the bloodstream, increase internal body heat, maintain your rhythm during yoga sessions, and increase feelings of self-awareness, focus, and create a meditative state.
