Simhasana is an interesting breath practice. You attempt to look and sound like a lion. It does combine a pranayama with asana (yoga pose). This might be best to do this practice in private because you will probably feel silly doing it.

Use this pranayama to help relieve headaches and calm your nervous system.  This practice can also reduce tension in your jaw and throat.  Bonus is that it will make children giggle!
